For orders placed before 10 Nov 2010, and after what's currently there put For Orders placed after 9 Nov 2010: All sales are final. No returns accepted for refund or exchange.  We will correct any shipping mistakes that we make.  All issues needing correction have to brought to our attention by 17 December 2010 for resolution before 23 December 2010.
