TO OUR CUSTOMERS:

Under Federal law only companies licensed by the Civil Air Patrol may sell merchandise that bears the CAP name, trademarks, insignia, badges, ribbons, etc.  We do not have such a license.  At present CAP represents that only Vanguard is an authorized license.  As a result of our sale of federally protected CAP products without a license the Civil Air Patrol brought a lawsuit against the Hock Shop.  To resolve this suit, The Hock Shop has agreed to stop selling any Civil Air Patrol merchandise or insignia.

The Hock Shop is still your source for non-CAP merchandise, other uniforms and insignia!  Whether you’re looking for a uniform for a new cadet, field gear for an upcoming encampment, or honor guard and parade equipment, our online catalog has what you’re looking for.  You can browse our online store or you can order by phone at 1-800-THE-HOCK from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time.  You can even fax your order to 1-877-THE-HOCK. 

We realize that this puts a burden on our customers who now will have to order some of their requirements from us; and the rest elsewhere.  We also feel that it is unfair for our customers to have to pay two shipping charges to obtain the items they need.  As a result, we are temporarily suspending shipping charges on all orders for which the customer requests UPS Ground shipping.  This free ground shipping applies to orders of any amount (2nd Day – Next Day air charges still apply).  Customers from Hawaii will receive free priority mail shipping.  We will continue our practice of shipping all orders received by 3 PM Eastern Time, the same day that the order is received.  We hope this takes some of the sting out of the inconvenience that our customers will experience as a result of this restriction placed on us.  Your past support as well as your continuing support is greatly appreciated.
